I have data from form #1 going to Form #2
https://form.jotform.com/212006415786251?clinicName={clinicName}&gprNumber={gprNumber}&met={met}&partial={partial}¬Met809={notMet809}&met810={met810}&partial811={partial811}¬Met812={notMet812}&met813={met813}&partial814={partial814}¬Met815={notMet815}&met816={met816}&partial817={partial817}¬Met818={notMet818}&met823={met823}&partial824={partial824}&partial824={partial824}¬Met825={notMet825}&met826={met826}&partial827={partial827}¬Met828={notMet828}&metsocial={metsocial}&partialsocial={partialsocial}¬Met837={notMet837}&methealth={methealth}&partialhealth={partialhealth}¬Met840={notMet840}&commentFlagged559={commentFlagged559}&comments560={comments560}&actions561={actions561}&actions561={actions561}
Everything seems to work fine like it should if I continue and finish the second form, however if I save the second form to continue later, it does not save the input chart data that transferred over but it saves the other responses. Please help

Hello,
The prepopulating fields using URL parameters do not fill out the fields with the original value, but rather parameters from the original form. This is the reason that "Continue Forms Later" can not save the data when the data is passed from another form. As a workaround for this issue, please kindly use "Edit Link" in Autoresponder/Notification Email and edit the submissions after submitting the form, instead of using "Continue Forms Later".

Using the edit link also does not save the data when you open the edit submission link after submitting the form.

Hello again,
I am sorry for the confusion. It seems that the edit link would loads up a PHP file that is not designed to read URL query strings and it can only read the value from the database. The code can not read the value that was passed via URL parameters, so the edit link will not work with URL parameters. However, we currently have a new feature "JotForm Prefill" that can be used to prefill the form before sharing the form with others. If you haven't tried it yet, please take a look to see if you'd like to use it instead.
