Form won't allow submission.

For some reason my jotform wont allow submission please help

I was able to reproduce the issue, and I was unable to continue to the next page on the form.

May I ask you to once remove the Page Breaks and the Submit button, and then add them back to the form?

Please try this and let us know if that would not help.
