    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

You can add Paypal integration in your form which you can find in the Payment tools.

Please refer to this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/165-Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form .

The process is very simple. After you have integrated Paypal to your form, the process on the live form or when users uses the form will be automatic. Submission of the form will already direct it to Paypal where the form submitted will be able to complete the payment procedures.

It will be also worth reviewing this article -Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro

Hope this answers your question. Inform us if you need more assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

The payments will go to your Paypal account

The account that you used in the payment form paypal settings will be the target payment processor.

I suggest you also review this article for more details about paypal payments.

    Hello arzacanada,

Please be noted that we do not support multiple payment gateway in one form. However, you can still receive payments in your paypal account. If someone does not have a paypal account they can still make the payment using the their credit card.

You may like to use PayPal Pro for payment integrations in your form. The standard PayPal tool will redirect each of your customer to the PayPal website payment page upon form submission and user can pay by their paypal account or simply use the credit card option. The PayPal Pro tool can accept credit card payments directly from your web page.

The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/183-Difference-Between-PayPal-PayPal-Pro

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

But I am able to place both credit and PayPal buttons on the form. When
you chose either button, it seems to accept the choice.

It seems you have already setup your PayPal pro in your form. Do you still need help on this? Like what ashwin mention that in order for this to work you can use PayPal pro for you to accept Credit Card and Paypal payment.

Hello arzacanada. When your form users selected the Visa/Mastercard logo from the Paypal Pro Integration, they needed to fill their credit card info. The information will then be passed to Paypal's Payment gateway after clicking the submit button on the form wherein the credit card will be processed automatically by Paypal. Paypal will also credit the payment to your Paypal Account for each successful credit card transaction.

I hope this information is useful to you. If you require further help, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you
