Are we able to make forms password protected where only people with a login can access particular forms?

If you want people to access it with their own login credentials, then make the form private: https://www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form

And add them as assignees: https://www.jotform.com/help/652-adding-assignees-to-your-form

They will receive an invitation to register a free JotForm account in order to be able to access the form.
