When you submit, do you receive a confirmation?

I completed a form and hit submit. I received a submissionid notice. Does this confirm that my form was successfully submitted?

If the Thank You page was shown when you submitted the form and if you received the Autoresponder Email with the submitted data, the form was submitted successfully.

The form you completed was created by one of our users, so I would suggest you to contact the form owner and check with them if they received your submission.
