My radio button text is showing up on the editing page but when I hit 'Preview' they don't show up. I think it might have something to do with the font color because when I hover over they show up lightly.
Edited to add: I think it is fixed, I change the secondary font color to black and now it seems to be showing up.

Thanks, actually I'm still having a weird problem. I changed the background back to white and I changed the text color to black, everywhere I could find to change it. So now it is showing up right on the actual form, but in the editing area the radio button text as well as a top header are pink. I can't figure out where else to change it or if it is just a weird glitch.
Have you solved this problem already? Upon checking your form, I did not find any issue with it. It does display the radio button texts and header correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
