Set up forms so I can respond in Outlook.Asked by dogsneedlove2 on January 26, 2014 at 08:44 PM
I'd like to be able to respond to the e-mailer with the e-mail provided in the form. Instead I'm offered a firstname.lastname@example.org when I click the Reply button in Outlook.
You can correct that in your form notification. On the "Reply-to" field, set it to your email field so when you hit reply to your email, user's email will be populated on the reply to email field.
Click Setup & Embed > Email Alerts > Open Notification
See this visual guide:
Another alternative solution is to use Mandrill so the From Email option can be utilized.
