I cant access to my account in jotform. jotform said: (There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page.)
recently I resive email from jotform saied to us:
(For us to allow the reinstatement, you will need to delete the suspected phishing forms, or just removed the username/password fields.)
and when I want to change the password in "forgot the password" jotform said (There was an error on the page. Try reloading the page.)
please open my account as soon as possibe

You have forms that are suspected as phishing forms under your account.
As instructed over the e-mail, the forms needs to be removed before we can re-open your account.
We can detet the 2 suspected forms (student form and doctor form), and reinstate your account.
Please confirm if this is OK with you.
