Turn off the 'AutoSave' when selecting Excel in SubmissionsAsked by topsgtusmc on January 27, 2014 at 06:44 AM
Been looking all over in the Forum for the answer to this simple question.... everything works fine in my forms and I was able to OPEN my submissions when I clicked on 'Excel' .... I would normally OPEN my submissions, then use a macro to save in the location I wanted with the name I wanted. Then I was trying to show someone how to SAVE the submissions and I clicked the 'Save' and the 'Do this all the time' options in the dialogue box ... now of course it does that ALL the time (which is what it said!!!)
However I would like to revert back to having the ability to OPEN the submissions FIRST when I click on Excel ... can't find that answer
Thank you for contacting us.
I may have misunderstood your request, but please elaborate if I have.
I belive that this could be a browser function.
Just clear your browser cache to the point where you selected the option to Save and Do this all the time.
Please let us know if this helped. If not, please respond and add a screenshot to your response.
