We are getting errors on our zaps that are triggered via Jotform forms.

This is one of the messages we have received from Zapier:

Your Zap titled "7 Aug 2021 - What is NLC Peru - Spanish" (https://zapier.com/app/editor/125054248) has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.

The last error message was "Trigger partner failure: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> <html> "".

Please check to make sure that this Zap is setup properly.

Please can you help with this?

    Gary

This is now critical - we are getting multiple failures on Zapier Zaps that are using JotForms as the trigger. We have another zap that has been stopped with the following error:

Your Zap titled "8 Sep 2021 - What is NLC France" (https://zapier.com/app/editor/127250457) has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.

The last error message was "Trigger partner failure: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd"> <html> "".

Please check to make sure that this Zap is setup properly.

This is now affecting our business and we will have to stop using Jotform is this continues - please respond urgently.

    Hi Gary,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

Unfortunately, there were some issues with the EU Jotform servers earlier, and our developers have been working hard to get everything fixed. I believe that the error you received on Zapier was caused due to these issues.

All systems should be back to normal and all issues resolved, so may I ask you to kindly try your forms again, and see if everything is working correctly with the Zaps now?

    Hi Laura,

Thank you for getting back to me, ok, we'll keep an eye on this today and see what happens. We've turned the affected Zaps back on. These issues have been going on for the past two days.

If we get more errors today, I will post details here.

    Thanks,

    Gary

Glad it wasn't just me, Zapier was emailing me about 10 times a day telling me all my Zaps were broken

Unfortunately, this issue is not solved, we're having it on nearly all our forms and I received an alert 15 minutes ago. It really starts to become a critical issue impacting our operations...

Edit: seems fixed, at least for now

It's frustrating because Jotform's status page suggests all is fine, when clearly it's not - almost all of our forms are doing it soo... our website enquiries (two businesses) have almost completely stopped filtering into our CRM system which is causing headaches all round

It's is happening again and now this is affecting our customers - this need to be urgently dealt with or we will be forced to give up on Jotform and that would be a massive shame.

We are getting multiple complaints now.

    Just one of many errors:

Your Zap titled "8 Sep 2021 - What is NLC France" (https://zapier.com/app/editor/127250457) has been turned off because we're getting repeated errors nearly every time we try to run it.

The last error message was "Trigger partner failure: The app returned "error".".

Please check to make sure that this Zap is setup properly.

Please can you advise me also of what the refund / complaints procedure is as our CEO is asking for it.

Hi, we apologize for this. We had EU servers issues again today, but systems are back to normal, so this should no longer be happening.

ALL of the Zaps that run the backend automation of a very complex system I have set up shut off because of this...

When did this issue begin so I can have a starting point to know where to start repairing the damage?

Is this going to keep happening? I have had so many issues with Jotform it's insane. Reliability is really not your company's strong suit.

Good day, as far as I can see, the EU server issues started on the July 21st, 2021. We have not received any other report so far, so this should no longer be happening.
