Whay am I receiving duplicate Notification emails?

    I keep getting duplicate emails for one submission, each time. How do I fix that?

    Hello there,

    If you're referring to the following form:

    https://form.jotform.com/81776782584979


    It seems you have created two Notification emails, with the same recipients, except for the additional recipient on the first Notification email, which is not present on the second.

    You should just remove the second one as shown in the screenshot above, and you'll stop receiveing duplicate Notification emails.
