I have a client worksheet form that I use. I get emails from my clients asking if they got the form and a lot of the time I dont. I have to have them go back and resubmit, sometimes twice to get the information. Can someone take a look at it and let me know if there is something wrong on my end? Thanks!

We apologize for this inconvenience. I cloned your form and completely filled it up and submitted it. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue and I did receive the submission immediately on my test account.
It is possible that there are conflicting scripts across your webpage where the form is that prevents the form from submitting the data successfully. I recommend that you re-embed your form using the Iframe embed method. This should protect the form from any conflicts. Please let us know if this issue persists after you have done the first troubleshooting. Thank you
