Copy not delivery to our email

    Dear Jotform

    Service request and payment copy not delivery to our email when our clients fill out form.

    (not all the time , Sometimes)


    Exm) our jotform "Book a limo for Client " client name "Rebecca Vece" fill out form today and not delivery to our inbox

    Are these the PDF attachments that need to be sent via email?

    If yes, on your notification email, the PDF attachment is disabled:

    Hence you are not getting the service request and payment copy on your email as PDFs.

    Please check and let us know if this is what you are referring to.

    Hello,

    As mentioned, you need to enable the PDF attachment on the email settings - only then you will receive the PDF attachments on your email.
