Migrate my form and make sure my new account has the upgrade I paid for.

    Last week, some confusion with my username caused my payment of an upgrade to be associated with a non-existent username. I then created a username (JFleminge3) that was associated with the upgrade I made. Now I just need to see the upgrade reflected in my new account (most importantly the ability to have more submissions) and have these two specific forms migrated from account JFleminge3Partners to JFleminge3
