Paid for subscription, but branding still present.

    Hi,

    I just upgraded from starter to bronze plan, and while the pricing page states that there will be no branding, my form has a "Powered by JotForm" text and a link with marketing tracking codes under the signup button. The branding is styled by a CSS class called "jf-branding".

    This is unacceptable, please fix it.
