    Intro page is not linking to the newest version of the form

    We are using the work around so i have an introduction page - (so work can be saved and start and stop)  then it links to the form http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853

    right now the intro page is not linking to the most recent form (there were typos in the first line they are now fixed) however when you log through the intro page it is still showing the old version with typos. 

    Can you help,

    Hi Kay, I take it you are using a Save & Continue Workaround type setup for your form(s) which then redirects to your updated form here http://www.jotform.co/form/32653911116853 that you changed. I started to review it but I think I might be viewing the updated version with the changes you made possibly.

    I'm not exactly certain what updates and changes to the form you made but are you able to see the updates in the live version of this form that you updated after you saved it? Have you tried clearing your form cache to see if this if the changes update on your form afterwards? Please additionally note that you also need to make sure your form was saved/auto-saved for it to be updated properly.

    If it is still an issue then may we please know what changes you made to it for the typos to check for the differentiations? And also may we test it live with your permission to check it for accuracy?

    Okay - I tried again to clear my cashe and get an error message each time.  Server Error.  should I do something else or is it on your end??

    The typo has been fixed but the link i have been using is connecting me to an old version of the form.  if i go into jotform i can see my form with typos fixed but when i go from the link - an old form with the typos shows up/

    yes two different forms http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853  this one is the application - in this version the first line has a typo Thank you for applyingto (no space between the applying and to)  but if you go directly into "my forms" and look at the application http://form.jotform.co/form/32653911116853 (not the intro page) the typo has been corrected.  Why does it not show up when you do the link??

    Hi Kay,

    I have fixed the formatting of that text. Kindly check.

    This usually happens when you copy paste text from a different source which carries the formatting and creates a messy HTML codes. This is the reason why it does not work properly on the live form.

    As a friendly tip, I would highly recommend copy pasting the text to your notepad application first to clean the HTML formatting before pasting it on the text field in the form builder.

    okay - i thought i was out of the woods and finished with all my questions for you all.  I started a new clone form - i have been waiting for it to save for over an hour.  The little save button is spinning like crazy but doesn ever finish.  Can you help - i really dont want to lose all the data i put in this morning. 

    Any suggestion to make it finish saving my form???

    Sorry about that.

    We cannot check your live form in case you are in the process of saving it, but you can do the following:

    Please check your history and see if the changes were delivered: http://jotform.com/myaccount/history, it has time stamps showing when you updated the form, and if the changes were saved.

    Does the form look anything like the changes you made after you cloned it? http://www.jotform.us/form/40264615448152

    Please let us know.
