PDF printing has stopped working

I have always been able to print my submissions, in original PDF format. Today I am unable to do so, and don't know what to do!!! Can you please help me?! It's the Client Acknowledgement Form, and I am unable to download Brian Saunders and Ian Colson. I need them downloaded in the "Original PDF" format, so that I can print them!! Thank you, I'm stressing out!!
