Notifications: PDFs Not attached

    We have a form (https://form.jotform.com/211953785111152) setup to send an auto-response email to the "Supervisor's Email" with a PDF attachment of the form. It attaches the PDF 95% of the time. I know some supervisors are doing the form back to back to back. Can that be causing the issue of the PDF not attaching? I know we can download a copy of the PDF in the submission table but that involves supervisors reaching out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We had some problems regarding PDF Documents, however, our Developers notified us that the problem has been resolved.

    If you do notice this problem again, please let us know.

    Just had a supervisor email, the PDF attachment was not there.

    I also sent a test submission to your form and was able to receive the PDF as an attachment.

    Again, it's not every submission that missing the PDF.

    Same supervisor with and without PDF attachment.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The issue re-occurred but is fixed again by our backend team as of this writing.

    To be able to resend the email with a PDF attachment, please check the box below and then edit the submission. Note that you don't need to change anything, just click edit and re-submit.
