I had a question about what limit exactly this refers to. I'll provide a snip it of the message. Would purchasing the Silver annual plan resolve this?

Hi,
You can solve the issue by either upgrading to a higher plan or deleting some of your submissions to clear upload space. Please make sure to delete the submissions from your trash as well.
