    Howdy VTA_support,

You can clone the form in its entirety, however, there is no way to copy only the products. Please try cloning your form and let us know if this method will work for your requirements.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!

    Hi there,

Yes, simply use this APP then you will be able to pull up two forms and merge/combine fields: https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Best.

    Hi,

The tool my colleague suggested is very limited when it comes to copying Product Fields and configurations, and you would have to add all the products yourself once again.

Could you please specify if you would like to:

    • Collect submissions separately for each of your forms.

In this case, we can seamlessly redirect the first form to the second one, and the user would not even notice these are two separate forms. The only drawback is that you will receive two separate submissions, however this also can be solved by prefilling hidden data fields in your second form - still, you might find it easier to just add your products once again to the combined form.

    • Combine both forms into one and see a single submission with all the data in your Tables

As mentioned before, in this case, products would have to be manually copied.

Should you have any other questions, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Hi,

You would have to redirect the user to your second form via Thank You Page. You can change the Submit button to something like Next, so that the user would not know he is submitting the form.
