Jot form maximum

    Hello I received a message that our Jot Form needs to be upgraded because we have reached our maximum. I counted inquiries submitted for the month of July and w have not yet reached the 100 mark. Can you please let me know what I need to do the make sure this feature is not shut off. I am a non-profit supporting the Yolo County Animal Shelter - helping them to adopt rather than euthanize dogs.

    I just checked your Form Analytics, and so far there were 116 submissions/responses made on the form.

    Please note that importing submissions on the form/account also counts as submissions.
