I am receiving my funds to my paypal through the paypal button on my form.
However, the payments are not getting submitted back to jotforms in order for my forms to be submitted.
Do i need to make contact with Paypal about this issue, or can jotforms change the settigs/codes on my forms.
YES i am receiveing the funds through the button, and YES my clients are getting a THANK YOU message after submitting the payments, so why are the forms not being submitted to my email?
