Hi,
I've been trying to integrate some of our forms with Google Drive and have the submissions be uploaded there. However, whenever I complete the integration, the google drive folder is empty and submissions are uploaded there.
Are you able to assist?

Hello Avatarp,
Kindly enable PHI fields when integrating into Google Drive.
Kindly check and let us know if the issue still persists.

Hello Avatarp,
I am not able to check the integration of your form because of HIPAA compliance. I did test Google Drive integration in our own HIPAA compliant form and the integration works just fine.
I would suggest you please remove the integration from your form and then integrate your form again with Google Drive to see if that solves your problem.
I would also suggest you please ensure that you are checking in the correct integrated folder.
Do get back to us if you have any questions.

Hi Sam, how do I escalate this matter to get support with it. I've followed all of the instructions you provided but nothing seem to be working. Now that I've gone through our forms, the issue happens with HIPAA and non HIPAA compliant forms. Your prompt response would be appreciated as this has been an ongoing problem that's impacted our works.

Hello Avatarp,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
As I'm not able to replicate it on my end, to isolate the issue please try creating a new form and integrate it with your Google Drive and make some test submissions.
