I have a problem with notifications

    My booking form has been submitted to jotform and should be notified to chair@woodbridgeriversidetrust.org but nothing is showing in my email log. Also there is another form " Friends of the Longshed" that goes to the same email address and this is working fine

    Would you look into this please

    I've checked and tested your form.

    It seems email notifications are not particularly sent to the email address chair@woodbridgeriversidetrust.org (if you add any other email address like Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc, you should receive them without any issues).

    Not sure if that email address is rejecting our emails or our system fails to deliver them, however before escalating this to our developers, please try to use the following option instead and check:

    Set up SMTP on your form using that custom domain email address (woodbridgeriversidetrust.org) by following this guide below:


    Then set that custom domain email address as sender email for the notification email of the Booking form, make a test submission, and check. Using this option emails will be sent through your email service provider and it will make sure to avoid rejecting those emails.
