Monthly Limits did not reset, how can it be fixed?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. Your monthly limits have been reset manually, and you should not be getting any warnings on your account.

    Not exactly sure what do you mean. Could you send a screenshot of the error you receiving clearing the cache?
