Hi there,
I have two different Autoresponder Mails. One for requests with appointments and one without. Now I have a template for each and the only thing they differ from each other is the appointment box under the main text. The rest of the code is identical. And still I am having different displays:
This is the one with the appointment box which is being displayed correctly. Background color is fully light-blue.
Here is the one without the blue appointment box and as you can see the background is white and not full light-blue as it should be.
Can you figure out what the problem is here?

Hello Fandila,
There is no blue background on the other autoresponder as you have removed them when you edited the email content.
Hope this information helps.

Sorry, I don't really understand. When I open the original HTML file both mails are displayed correctly. I have copied the source code of both templates and inserted them into the Jotform Email Editor. And somehow one of both will not be displayed as I mentioned above.
The white frame around the whole E-Mail shouldn't be there at all.
The ice-blue background color should be consistent all around the template, just like in the original HTML File:
Any ideas?

Ok I copied the source code again and put it in and now it works fine, sorry for bothering.
