I would like to do the same thing with password (so the user is basically telling me the password they would like to use).

You can insert another email field onto your form and name that as "Confirm E-mail Address" but the Form Builder has no built-in feature for confirm email validation. That means you can have that field as much as you want, but the values entered by the user on the two email field cannot be validated as identical. Same is the case with password fields.
As per our higher ups, Jotform does not have any plans of implementing such a feature. Sorry for this.
You may still implement such a feature on your own but it would require some custom scripting or you can just use Dreamweaver, as I believe it has that feature built-in.
Get the Source codes or Dreamweaver codes (they're basically the same) from the Embed Form Wizard and then customize the form to your liking.
