Is it possible to create a review page with products that the client purchasing before submitting the form where people can check the order and then submit ( something like the invoice view on the form page)

I created a paragraph field and try to display the products there, but it shows only the total cost. not the products.

Yes, you can use the Review before submit widget on the form, if you are using a Classic form layout.

If you are using a Card form layout, you can enable the Review page from the Form settings page as explained here - https://www.jotform.com/help/522-how-to-enable-review-before-submit-feature-in-jotform-cards
