I am wondering after setting up my email notification I am getting my messages saying they are from email@example.com when I specifically set the reply from with the full name and email. When I get a regular email from the form all the information is correct but I am also having the same email forwarded to my phone as a text and when I get the message it says it is from firstname.lastname@example.org anyway to fix this. You would think if it is right in the email the text should be the same?Page URL:

Is it possible that Verizon does not allow masking of the real sender? After all, the submission really is coming from jotform.com.
Just a thought.

We have submitted a ticket to the developers, they will be the ones to take a look at this matter. I just can't give you a timeframe to when this will be fixed or when can this be looked at. But rest assured, you will hear from them once this is done.

It is possible to visible Reply-to/from email address, but it is not possible to change the main recipient email address. It looks like verizon uses the main recipient address and not the reply-to/from address. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on that.
