How can I get form entries in CAPITAL letters on my PDF form which is connected to the JotForm?

    Dear support,

    I have a JotForm which is connected to the original PDF file. When the user submits the form, the recipient receives only our PDF form. However, the entries in the form are not in Capital Letters.

    I have injected the CSS codes for the selected fields to be in UPPER CASE.

    e.g. #input_28_0_0 {text-transform: uppercase;}

    Why this upper case is not reflected on my PDF form when the same field is placed on the PDF?

    Can you advise how to get entries in CAPITAL letters on the form when submit?

    Best Regards,

    Boby Jacob

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, using CSS codes on the form can only capitalize the letters while filling in the form and not the output or the PDF. Unfortunately, there's no direct option to do this on the form builder.

    You can check out the solution provided by one of my colleagues in the link below, but it would require using scripts and downloading the form source code.
