downloaded PDF is showing wrong information

    When I download a PDF of a form submission, the text is different than what's on the form. For example, this is a screenshot of the actual form:

    You'll see that it says "Please submit your Fall 2021 book orders by Friday, 7/16/2021." But when I download a PDF of a form submission for this form, it says something different:

    Hello,

    I've checked the mentioned form and it seems the dates on the PDF are updated correctly. Please note that after updating your online form, you will need to update the PDFs in PDF Editor in order to update the changes made on your form as well. If you are still having any issues regarding your PDF file, please kindly let us know.
