Conditional Dates in a Form

Hello,

I am trying to make these dates be pre-filled when one of them is chosen.

Self Pay Deposit Acknowledgement (jotform.com)

"Full Refund Date" is working properly using a hidden date. Do I need a hidden date for each condition?

You're really close, you just need to setup a condition for each of your date fields based on the starting date you have setup. I believe these are the correct dates you want on the conditionals.
