    Why did the subscription payment get doubled

    Hi I have setup a subscription payment using paypal pro and the payment goes through as it should, but there is an additional intial payment added during the same transaction. I don't have the form setup to include a "setup fee". It is set at "0"

    This has happended twice with this form. Both times the client paid double (not their intention) when they signed up for the subscription. 

    Please explain.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for the inconvenience. To help isolate this double payment, may we ask you to delete the current payment tool and re-configure it again? IMPORTANT: Don't forget to save your submissions before you do this. 

    Another way to investigate is to clone this form and see if the same issue surfaces.
