We have used your company as we need to have a waiver box ticked before someone makes a payment through PayPal for our meal program. The only reason we require use of your form is for this functionality, however we are having trouble with a few aspects. We are working with our web developer to get this completed to the standard we require – so I will be passing on the information you provide me on to him to action.
This is the URL of our website (obviously we aren’t live yet, but this is in a funcational format for you to view)
Each diet has the waiver tick box which we have created through Jot Form. A customer MUST click on the waiver before they click BUY NOW.
What happens when they click waiver, buy now is they get directed to the paypal page to input their details. This is all functioning correctly. However it isn’t until they have completed payment that the issue happens. The customers need to open a file that we have added to the form, but it isn’t clear where they click download with the current set up of our form.
I have attached a screen shot of what screen they see when they have finished their purchase through PayPal – they would actually have to click “return to email@example.com” to be diverted to the URL and download the file we have added into the form. This isn’t clear or good enough for what we require. We need to know how to exactly alter this confirmation page so that there is an obviously button they click to download their purchase. Our web developer couldn’t work-out how to do this as he has never used Jot Form before. SO if you could please help show us how to do this so that we have full functionality of our form. If we didn’t use Jot Form and just used PayPal to direct them to a page after payment has been confirmed there would be no issue customising this confirmation page to be how we require.
This is all we are waiting on finishing before we go live with our website, so I would greatly appreciate a thorough efficient response.

I would recommend you to set up an autoresponder with a link that will take then to the URL where they can download the file.
Once you are on step 6:
1) Add a comment like "Please click here to download your file" and highlight
2) Click on the Icon
3) Add the link
Hope this helps you. Let us know if you need more help.
