    I need to update my username on my JotForm account.

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    Could you please provide at least three unique usernames so we can check their availability? If the first one is available, then we can change your username immediately.

    Also, please note that custom URLs will no longer work once the username is changed, so if you are currently using any, you will need to set it up again: https://www.jotform.com/help/261-How-to-Create-a-Custom-URL-of-a-Form
