My new registrants are unable to register

    When the link is used to access my form registrants are unable to progress. Please see attached screenshot as this is where people land. There is an error.

    Hi there,

    The form is currently set as private, please make sure the users are logged in with their Jotform account in order for them to access the form. If you want them to access the form without logging in with Jotform, then you will need to set the form as public.
