    Hi there, this is James from www.enezine.com...


    I have just started using Jotform, have to say it is awesome. 

    I was wondering when you upgrade and you get the 10gb of space, when that is full what happens? or will it revert back to 0gb every month? Or decrease when submissions are deleted?

    Hi James,

    Welcome to JotForm!

    Once you reach the maximum number of submissions or file uploads for your account, your form will still be shown in your website. However, when a guest attempts to submit the form, the following message will be shown to your guest:

    The submission will not be successful and will not be reflected in your JotForm account.

    Deleting old submissions and file uploads will not re-enable your forms. You either have to upgrade your plan (to a Premium or Professional), or wait for the following month for the submissions counter to be reset.

    Hi James,

    A Premium subscription has the following limits - 1000 regular submissions, 1000 ssl submissions, 1000 payments and 10 GB maximum storage space. If any of these limits are reached within a single month, your form will be disabled and will not be allowed for use. It will only be re-enabled on the first day of the succeeding month, when the counters have been refreshed, provided that you pay your monthly dues and you keep your storage space below 10GB. If waiting is not an option, you can opt to upgrade to a Professional subscription which offers 1TB of maximum storage space.

    Deleting submissions with huge files will bring down your consumed storage space but will not re-enable your forms once they are disabled. A good practice to keep is to delete submissions with big files regularly so that you keep your storage space below the limit of 10 GB.

    Thanks guys... :) not expecting huge files as have limited... just wanted to know as most stories submitted should have a picture attached.
