    Currently, only Starter (FREE) plan users can change their username by themselves:

    For the users who have upgraded their accounts to Bronze/Silver/Gold, only Jotform staff are allowed to change the username. That’s why we kindly ask you to give us at least three unique usernames so we can check if it is available to use or not. If the first one is unique, we will change your username immediately.
