Forcing opening page to top / prefills / multi lingual

I am trying this put for a client. I think its worth it but I have a few questions first.

Thanks in advance!

1. Auto complete We are planning on having people fill this out mainly from phones. The less typing the better. How does that auto complete work? Like if you start to fill out like an address, will it be able to offer suggestions to auto complete?
2. Multi- Lingual Feature This is a job application and many applicants speak Spanish. will all the questions come through in English? (I know answers in Spanish would be in Spanish but the questions themselves? People reading the submissions may not know much Spanish.
3. Fixing this formatting issue. (See screenshot) If you see this screenshot you can see this icon appears waaaaaaaaay down the page. We have to get this to display at the top, and preferably skip it altogether and go right to the form. But if not at least getting this "START FILING" button were you can see it right away.
4. The data that gets collected, we can export it any time we want, correct? We can send the responses to multiple e-mail addresses, yes?

The issue is with the height of the form. To fix the issue, I suggest you use page breaks (break the form into several pages) instead of dividers. The page breaks will not affect the original PDF; they will instead make it easier for your users to navigate the form.
