Respond to emails received from Jotform support

    I had a response to an email sent Monday re:

    Hi I had a link of but cannot find a form that relates to this number. When edited are forms overwritten with a new number. If the previous Link Number is active and still being shared does it open up the latest version that has the new number.

    The reply I got was it was the shared with Adrian_Develyn I Have checked both accounts for users pboothman & adevelyn and do not see the form.

    Also without having to repeat messages from earlier support questions If I require for information or clarification on the subject, how do i reply back to the same support person?

    Apologies, however, I am quite confused with your message.

    In order for us to assist you efficiently, please keep one ticket for one concern. If you already have an existing ticket, please reply directly to that ticket for any follow up questions regarding it.

    You are notified via your email for all the ticket responses. If you wish, you may also just reply directly on those emails.

    You are not the only one that’s confused. The reply emails I receive have the email address of: [cid:image001.png@01D783C4.A3B36270]
    Therefore, I assumed I could not reply directly back to the incoming email.
    If This email reaches you, I know I can just replay back making it much more user friendly.
