You can duplicate the form by following this guide: How to clone an existing form from your account?. Do the changes and make a form for each of your client.

You can add/select a default value to some of our form fields, like the Text Box, Text Area, Checkbox, Radio button and Dropdown field.

You can also set the field as read-only so someone cannot modify the value:

You can allow someone to print the form before they submit it. Just add the print button: Print Button on Forms

    Thank you for your response.

That can be achieved using Javascript, check out this demo: http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_text_defaultvalue

You can get the field id's using this guide.

This little app could be what you are looking for: http://prepopulate.jotform.io/

It generates links with Pre-filled Data which you can send to your clients.

Check it out, and let us know.
