Hi team ,
We had configure the ID as contribute@bhumi.ngo when the form request is approved/rejected for reply to, but pfa the screenshot its not working in approval but working in rejected.

We have noticed that the approval email is not contribute@bhumi.ngo Please re-check your approval workflow to see if you have correctly entered the email id.

HI team,
I am not talking about approval , i am telling about the mail which goes to user , they respond to "reply to".

Could you please delete the existing email field from the workflow and then re-add the email field?
On testing it on my cloned form, I re-added the email field and it started taking the configured email in the reply-to email:
