Outages / Downtime

    Hi All, recently we have experienced a larger number of outages and downtime than usual, (form attachments not being forwarded by email, forms being unavailable for editing, general site downtimes) due to the time difference between USA and us in the UK this means that the fixes are often not applied until well into the UK daytime. Can the outages please be looked into and hopefully resolved? Thank you!

    Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    Our developers resolved the issues we had. Hopefully, it will not happen again.

    Hi, I'm still having intermittent issues where the form is not being forwarded to my email address, but i can find it via the submissions page. It would be good to get the forwarding sorted so i don't have to manually intervene. Hope this can be looked into?

    To which form is your issue related? Please provide IDs of the submissions that did not send the Email Notification.
