This is a response from the following thread, sorry had to create a new thread but i was unable to upload a screenshot with the comment reply.
It does not matter whether I use jotform.com or jotformpro.com. the experience is inconsistent, and i'm not sure how to duplicate. When i have this issue I cannot access jotform form any computer in our office, I was unable to access for 40 minutes today. this all started happening last week Friday the 24th.
Again I have cleared the browser cache and DNS but this has no noticeable effect.

Have you tried replacing your IP? If you are using DHCP then you can replace a new IP address by going to command prompt the typing these commands ipconfig/ release and ipconfig/ renew.
Can you also try these Jotform's domain jotform.us, jotformz.com and jotform.co which of these works. If one these works then these could be a CDN problem. And what domain have you tried accessing? You already mention using Jotformpro.com and Jotform.com
