I see a contact can be updated can a contact be deleted with a jotform intergration?

However, you can Create new contacts, Add notes, Add tags, Create new deals with ActiveCampaign Intergration. We are using Jotform for enrollment into benefits for a company. Then uploading that employees census info into Activecampaign for communication to them. What can we do if the employee leaves the company? We do not want to send old employees company info.

In this case the change would have to be done through ActiveCampaign.
