Why I cannot change the email address on the email alerts?

    I tried to change the email address on the email alerts of one of the forms, but it doesn';t work.

    Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? If not, please do then let us know if the problem still persists.

    By the way, if you are trying to test the email alert, it will always send to the email address associated to your JotForm account.
