Pre-fill fields from another form based on a specific value.

Is it possible to pre-fill fields of a given form from fields of a different form based on a specific value? For example, Form-A (TBI CHEQ-Client) has fields for first and last names, It also has a field for "submission ID" (TBICHEQ_SubmissionID). Is it possible to pre-fill fields on Form-B (TBI CHEQ-Site) with the corresponding fields from Form-A based upon the value of the submission ID? In other words, I want to retrieve first and last name from Form-A where submission ID is equal to a specific value. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it is not possible to prefill based on submission ID.
