Google Sheet Integration: How to send certain submissions to different emails/google sheets based on user's answer?

Is it possible to have a question on your form that is multiple choice that sends submissions to a specific google sheet based on the choice they select?

EX) What is your favorite color?

IF RED -- goes to Google Sheet A and sends Ryan an email

IF BLUE -- goes to Google Sheet B and send John an email

IF GREEN -- goes to Google Sheet C and sends Sara an email

Unfortunately, this is not possible as you can integrate with only one google sheet at a time. I have a workaround for you that might work for you.

Add "Change Email Recipient" condition in your form and add conditions to send email to a specific person.

In JotForm Tables, apply filter to separate submissions that selected 'RED' and create a new tab from that. You can even change the name of the tab. Similarly, filter all submissions and create a separate tab for each. After that, you can share the tables link with the people you want.
