Downgrade my account

    Hi there,

    I've been trying to downgrade my account and the pricing page says I'm still paying $9.99 per month even though I was prompted that I was successfully downgraded. Can you please take a look - I think my account renews in the next day or two and I want to make sure I'm not rebilled. My account name is JeterzLLC

    Your account is already scheduled to downgrade on 2013-10-07 upon checking and your account will stay active to PREMIUM until the paid period expires.
