Following a recently plugin update which did not include a wordpress template update, all jotform buttons and forms are now displaying bullets beside them... Has anyone else experienced this?

I tried reposting the script but it is exactly the same as the exsisting one. No change.
I also tried cloning the site and disabling all of the plugins, and switching templates, but the exact problem remained... Could it be a problem on Jotforms end?
Here is my other post about it:http://www.jotform.com/answers/324874-Strange-Bullets-Appearing-Beside-ALL-Forms-and-Buttons#0

Since you are just reporting a similar issue, let us use only a single thread for it.
Let us use this thread and I wil closed the other one.
I am now able to open your website https://amansadfinancial.com/application/ and view the form.
On initial test, I am not able to encounter the reported incomplete render of the form in your website. The website and form were render completely on my browser.
It is possible that the form embedded in your website is having CDN related issues.
May I suggest you try altering the current embedded form URL to like this
afterwards check and test the form again in your website.
Please inform us if the issue persist.
